OKAY, I GOT MADE THIS IMAGE USING COREL PHOTOPAINT AND PAINT SHOP PRO 7. ON MY CPU IT LOOKS GOOD. BUT WHEN I UPLOAD IT USING ANGELFIRE OR TRIPOD, MY FACE LOOKS ALL MESSED UP. HOW CAN I UPLOAD THIS IMAGE SO THAT IT LOOKS CLEAR AND PRECISE. THANKS IN ADVANCE TO ALL WHO BOTHER TO HELP ME.

Al,
It looks ok; you have to find a balance between quality and file size. This is 42k which for a commercial site is too big for a front page - a viewer will get fed up waiting. You need it below 25k - as long as the rest of the page is not too graphics heavy. And then the quality will drop further.
If you follow my link, you will see a heavy page, with a complex menu and several graphics, but I hope my visitors stick with it!
By the way, CAPITALS make you look as if you are shouting at us.
