    Default Upgrading to MX Premium v9 - Pricing Issue

    I have a registered copy WD MX Premium v8, complete with the optional CD. I recently received the e-mail to upgrade to v9. I have tried several times to order the upgrade for $49.99 but the shopping cart always shows $69.99... which is wrong. I have e-mailed Xara asking how to get the correct upgrade price but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone else had this issue?

    The correct price from WD8P to WD9P is indeed $49.99 (if you were upgrading from an older version than v8 or from the classic version the price would be $69.99). It's difficult to know why this isn't working without looking into your account so I'm afraid you will have to wait for our support guys to respond to your ticket, they will be able to give you some more specific advice.

    Thanks for the reply. I have double checked the registration on my WD8P and it is registered. I have purchased the last several WD upgrades (along with several other programs over the years), so there should be a lot of activity on my account.

    Make sure that you are logging into the same account as the qualifying product is registered to, that way you should get the correct discount price at the checkout.
