Attaching dynamic text file (Text will be changing from time to time) to Xaraweb

Hi experts,

Can we attach a text file somewhere in the xara web.
and later on will change the contents of text file, which should change on the web too.

Likely going to need a CMS system. However there are some software systems out there that will allow you to embed content on website and then make changes through Xara but usually you have to install system on your server before embedding code on website. I'm not sure what other options are available maybe someone else has an answer.
