in general, no.
A WP widget has hooks into WordPress for styling and for the backend database through a number of API calls, probably PHP. The latter don't exist in Xara.
some of the CSS styling might apply if your Xara pages had similar CSS markup.

If you have a really useful Widget that does something in Xara, you would add it as a Placeholder, probably into the page header.
