    Default Adding pen tool buttons

Hi, I cannot seem to add the pen tool button.

I know there is a general way to do this but it seems to elude me at the moment. I go to the button palette and can use the tool from there but would prefer that is was on the side bar.

    Many thanks

    Martin

    Many thanks handrawn, simples!

I knew it was one of those buttons. The issue is that I have had to completely renew both desktop and laptop computers and getting them back to how I want them is a pain. For some reason using the touchpad on the laptop with the alt key didn't work but now I have connected a mouse it is OK (I don't know why using the touchpad doesn't seem to work.

    Regards

If you are confident enough to tweak registry settings then there is also a registry entry that can restore the icon to the "correct" place on the path editing tools flyout bar. It is Options/FlyoutBars/ShowPenToolOnFlyout. Setting it to 1 (while the program is not running) should sort it out...

P.S. Usual disclaimers (be very careful, you can upset your machine so much it will need a complete Windows reinstall if you change the wrong stuff) about editing the registry apply...
