Yeah, thanks, sledger. I have already done a test page. And it does work. But the search button is about the same as AtomZ.

But my question is, can the script for the Hamidshazad buttons be modified to work with the Zoom Indexer data?

Sorry Gazza, I only responded to your question "And how does this work. Does the query look for the database files that are uploaded to the site?".
I guess you went ahead and worked it out for yourself anyway.

I'm not use you can use Hamid's graphics so easily .
But you could style the zoom form using CSS if you know how.

So the script that is on the page gets placed in the Website Properties > Page > HTML Code (Head) section?

And the black box is really the search portion.

Yes, the black rectangle is the placeholder for the <form>
The css <style> is placed in the head which tells the browser that any time it finds an <input> tag in the page to style it as set in the script.
So you can play with that script to change the colours, font etc..

More complex CSS can replace the button with an image or have the input field a different colour to the standard button.
As mentioned, this was just a very simple example.
(I used Dreamweaver to create the script)

Hey, skech. Sorry for the long delay in responding, been unavailable.

That is EXACTLY the solution I was looking for. I should have clarified that what I meant about people being redirected away from a website. I don't want embedded ads in our sites or the sites of our clients; I don't want them being presented with external links put there in the name of sponsorship, etc. We'd rather pay for the search functionality up-front (to a point). That point, by the way, is not $200+ per YEAR in order to have someone else host just the search functionality. That seems...excessive to me for most small or medium-size business sites.

I didn't read far enough into this thread and my post was outdated. I don't see any way to just delete it. My apologies
