Without knowing at which skill level you are at with PhotoShop, it would be impossible to come up with a quick step-by-step guide in a single forum post.
So, why not show us some of your previous work and give us bit of history about yourself (art related)..

Otherwise the best I can do right now would be:

I think it will take a bit of time to replicate that - the leaf veins are quite intricate.

I think there's one (or more) layers of veins drawn in white.
Underneath that are layers with leaf shapes with a gradient applied.

Think of it as 3 layer! background (black), twig/stem (custom brush/could use vectors), leaf (clipart import).

The leaf has been pointed out to you as the hardest part so do a search for a leaf- convert clipart to Greyscale - then work with the levels/curves in the image -adjustment menu. - then work with both opacity and blending modes to achieve the effect you want.

Working in layers makes it easy for you to lock and turn off viz. Use Adobe's Help files to see what blending mode that you should use. Please come back if you need any more help.
