Default Modify the Page - Everything Shifts

I have two pages. One is a duplicate of the another. I made plenty of duplicates but major issue happening when I change one.

    http://www.fams2.com/

    http://www.fams2.com/history.htm

For the second page, the history page, all that I do is remove some of the content from the body, add a couple lines and every time I save and publish it shifts the whole page over, slightly to the right. You will see it shift over if you try one page then the other.

    Ideas?

Follow-up / If you try it on an iPad, it doesn't shift it but I just asked my client on the two pages (index and history) and he saw the shift.

I suggest it is the length of one page is making the browser vertical scrollbar appear, hence the shift.
Make the browser viewport smaller and both will have the scrollbar so you will not see the shift.
To avoid it being so obvious, you could add a transition effect of force both pages to be the same length.

Way wasn't thinking of that and you're 100% correct. Appreciate the clarity. Did you ever look at your screen so much in a day and you start seeing stuff?
