customizing Workspaces

Be sure you are in the default Workspace before you do the F8 return to factory defaults or you will over write your customized settings. In my CorelDRAW classes, I tell my students to make a new Workspace for all their customizations and not to change the default.

Workspaces are easy to set up and you can have several. You can switch from one to another quickly and without closing out the program. You could make one for your web work, one for a client who uses special PMS colors (have your color pallette show only those colors), or one for technical drawing.

Thank you, for saving me hours (literally), recreating Workspaces after reformating or reinstalling etc. Easy when you know where to look and know the right path.
