How can I warp text like this in Illustrator?

Nearly the same way as it is done in Illy! Instead of using the Object uses the Text menu at the top with the text layer highlight look to see a T with a arced line underneath it. Click on that a Warped Text menu opens - Click on the Style drop down and the Illy wrapped options opens up and choose you shape.
