The people on TG know everything. Just how do you remove a sprayed mural on a concrete/plaster render without destroying it?

I don't think they cut out the whole wall. Maybe they did.

I'm wondering if it's the owners of the building/wall. If it's not them, they could probably stop the auction.

Looking again at the still in the article, I can see see new blockwork, so they've used an angle-grinder to cut out the wall completely. Has to be theowners, surely?
