Pop Up Layers

I started to plan a website with some slide in popup layers linked from a navbar. It dawned on me that as these are popup layers, are they likely to be stopped by someone using a popup blocker?

Miko, these are not the popup windows that you have concerns.
Xara uses good, clean HTML, JavaScript and CSS to produce things like the rollover effect you have with buttons.
Do test on Android as some browsers are a little fussy; main browsers are all fine.

This is exactly what Ive been looking for.
I need to make lists of companies in a town that will popup from a list of Categories.
If I purchase this pack will I be able to use the page that the popup is on in the site I designed in ver 9
Is this effect hard to make in 9 ?
