Software aside, it takes zero time if you decide to leave the crows-feet as they are... why on earth would we want to look like our grandchildren? Those lines are the map of our lives... experience, wisdom, and beauty.

Otherwise, you could just do a little Botox, and reshoot the picture... again, no need to edit on the PC.
