I feel that the design as a whole does not work, the graphic in the center what ever that is gets lost. It looks like a radiation symbol with a musical note or golf club in the center. What are you wanting to say with this, and why, who is your target audience? Ask your self those questions and then rethink the design, maybe making several different concept sketches (at least 3) and choose from those.

I know that you go through website but make sure logo with some indication or giving some information or speak some thing about the business or services.

Get more ideas through google search images or see your competitors how they make their own logo.

To crown it all off I don't think yellow and black as shown should be used in a logo as that combination of colours shouts Danger to the viewer because of the usage.
