Conversion problems with papers & looks from mac to pc

Hi,

I'm having a problem opening some favorite custom papers and brush looks I made in Painter 5.5 on my mac a couple years ago. I'm using the paper and looks movers within Painter 7 on my PC and receive the error message- "cannot open file".
I've renamed them Painter.set and Painter.pap, which gets me to view the icons within the mover but no sale. Anybody have an idea how to resolve this?
