I managed to find another use for the shell I did. fot the steps I created a black marble effect with black fractal fil. The occupant of the glass orb being eld up was done with clip art and I made it look more supernatural by adding a glow effect and created the glass orb with a transparent layer over a metallic yellow background and the symbol on the altar was done by using a letter from a font called Runes of The Dragon1 (there're two versions ofthis font which is free to download).
