Actually, this was inspired by the Scribble in the Challenges forum, that Larry sets every month.
Apart from the bauble on the hat, the eyes, the nose and the mouth - everything else is Larry's scribble, of this month.
Oh! OK. The lettering is not the scribble!

Why not go there and see what you can create?!
