PDF and other EXPORT filters

in the new PRO X, i have two licenses, pro is installed on two completely different computers. Both are windows 7. on mine, the PDF, CMX5 and a couple other filters are missing in the export box. I tried the route from XARA SUPPORT, but the answer was to simply "select PDF", i've sent them a photo of the screen, showing it is just not there. anyone ever come across this?

Sounds like it's having a problem registering the proper dlls for the export filters. Try running the program as administrator (right-click on the Xara icon and select Run As Administrator), and it should do what it has to do in order to get everything in order (should only have to do this once). If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall, this time running the setup program as administrator.
