Navbar Menu Position

I am using Xara Web Designer MX Premium and have two questions:

1. Can I have my menu stay in a fixed position along the top or left side of the browser so it is always in view even when they are scrolling down?
2. Can I have a button in a fixed position at the bottom center of the browser's window that is always in view when browsing. I want to use it as a "Return to Top of Page" link.

Yes, thank you! I could not figure out how to keep it in the center of the page and a certain number of pixels down from the top edge of the browser. Need it in the center, not left or right edges.
