Problem with Xara web site?

I can't seem to go on to the 'Downloads' page on the Xara web site?

When I click on the downloads page link, in the top menu, it keeps going to the products page.
In fact. The same happens when I click on the 'Store' page.
They both keep going to the Products page.

I don't see the problem? On the products page I see download buttons for the various products that have free trials, I didn't test those buttons as I don't want to download any trials right now, but as long as those buttons work you should be all right.

The other night, I sat down to watch the evenings Netflix streaming movie. When I went to my instant queue, it was empty. My 30 queued movies were gone. I called Netflix support and they said if the listings were not back on-line in 24 hours to call again. I went back and looked at my instant queue, and voila, they were back. I suspect in both cases it was merely a glitch.

I just tried it... the link still doesn't work. This isn't a glitch, it is a coding error. The link, http://www.xara.com/us/downloads/ ... doesn't go there; it goes to http://www.xara.com/us/products/ instead. Perhaps somebody put a Javascript redirect on the actual Downloads page, to make the viewer hop over to the Products page?

Xara/Magix needs to fix this... there's probably someone there that knows HTML.

It seems that they need to delete the download page as the function of the downloads is present on the products page, may I suggest a Blog page.

I am also having a problem in a different area. I am sitting at my desk with a stack of xara programs (upgraded several times) and the website does not show me owning any. I just got a new computer...old one is dead and can't find a serial number.

I assume you've tried logging in to your account via the service centre at xara.com? ► http://www.xara.com/us/servicecenter/
You'll find all your registered software listed there.

If you can't get in there, then you'll need to contact support.xara.com for help with license questions. Nothing anyone here can do for you unfortunately
