    Default fill question.

I did a picute of a vase using Xara by combining two lines using the curve function but how can I get a proper fill?

Am willing to offer tips on how to warp text out of shape and simulate metallic stamped lettering

Please post an example image. I'm not sure what you are referring to as the 'curve function'.

I used the fractal clouds fill for the wall paper and had to copy and paste the original line whichi I bent using the shape tool to form the vases basic shape. As you can see I had to do the red paint with the free draw tool.

The lines would have to be continuous.
In other words, you have to have a closed shape, before you can apply a fill.

If you've drawn different size lines, then you can join them to form a closed shape.
Then you should be able to use a fill.

We're not bothered about your level of skill or experience and whether you're an experienced professional or just a five use beginNER and I'm hardly a pro. If you've followed the instructions correctly, wait for the encouragement, constructive critisisms (we only offer contructive critism, help and encouragement and have all been first timers on here).
