STEAM

It's alright software comapnies making their products available on STEAM and everybody saying how wonderful it is to set up a STEAM account but in my experience it takes too much time and is too much hassle. All I want to do is get a new game installed and not have to keep messing about.


Anybody else on here not too keen on usingh it?
(it isnt a graphics utility either)

I tend to agree with you on this. I love playing HL2, various versions but going through STEAM when I own the software is just wrong. I guess it's really the only way to ensure your software doesn't get pirated but that's pretty extreme to me....

I live with it because the same as everyone else.....I like the software package and have no other way to use it.
