I read your post over and over again trying to understand it, but not exactly sure what your mean? Ummm, I'm really not sure what to say, if you mean the eye behind the nose, I made the shape of the nose with an unconnected line, I then cloned it, connected the lines, put it behind the original unconnected lines, and made it the color of the skin. If this isn't what you mean, reply with a more detailed letter. Or you can just take apart the image and study that. Sorry for not providing much help.
