Creating a Navigation Bar

How do I insert a navigation bar? I went to "Arrange" and the drop down menu showed "Create Navigation Bar...", but it was greyed-out.
What do I need to do to activate that option. I'm not sure if this has any affect on it being greyed-out, but I'm using the trial version of Xara Web Designer MX - I don't think it does.

First you need to have a button that can be used to create a Nav Bar. A button can be a simple rectangle with some text that is grouped with the rectangle.

You can also have a mouse over version or your button (on the MouseOff layer). If you do this then select both button states and apply a Soft Group (Arrange menu). Now you can create your nav bar.
