I found this quite moving..

Came across this today and I found it quite moving, though I can't quite explain why. I think that somewhere in here is a lesson for us all (though Your Mileage May Vary, as they say). I guess it's about how we live our lives and deal with our fellow man.

A very good piece and I think it will hit home to a lot of people. I know that in the past I have made mistakes (some of them doozies!) and said or did things I later wished I hadn't. I have tried to learn from those mistakes and move on. It's nice that in the end the writer got confirmation that his apology had been accepted, it obviously meant a lot to him to hear that.
