    Group the blend and create a brush.

    Try changing the line colors.

    Add the lines, break the lines, then color each piece, and group before making the brush.

    Also try altering the length or shape of one of the lines in the blend.

    I love this thread even though I can't get the blend that is the basis of it to happen for me. No matter how many different ways I flip it, reverse paths, etc. It always comes out as a bunch of spokes radiating from the apex of the two lines. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif[/img]

    John's dot-xar file open and displays his blend on my system just as he intended. I can even modify it - I just can't replicate it from scratch.

    Inspired by this thread and Gary's image in particular, I started playing. The result is in the gallery. (Here's a shortcut).
