Requesting a 3D, Revolving Logo

Hello,

I am new to graphics and have never used anything close to 3D. The best I have done is some photoshop work because, I am not in graphics much. But, I need to do something for my project. I need help with a logo. All I have is a PSD of an image and I need to make a 3d, revolving logo out of it. I hear there are people with expertise here, that might help. Please help me get this done. I don't want to learn the whole thing because, I rarely do 3d stuff.

Request:
The image is linked. I need it in 3d and I want it to rotate. It could be a looping gif because that's what I need. The background should remain transparent because, I want it that way. It should complete one full revolution in 2 seconds. Thanks.

It's something, I decided to do for myself. No such budget planned cause, it's a personal project.
