... strokes, over-lapped and converted to shapes, and broken apart to get fillable shapes.

It's fun, easy and quick, but are the fat lines too distracting? (Not considering the subject matter, which could be more interesting.)

I did pay more attention where the lines ended up with the first one.

    Hi Risto,

I think the lines are a little heavy. It's a cross between a Picasso and a childs coloring book.

    I know, I know...It's Picasso's paint by numbers.

On the last picture.. Poor choice of subject matter for me. It evokes an emotion, so it is a art, but I still do not care for it.

    Now... a frog in a blender... or a bassamatic , that's funny.

    Great job Risto!

It's refreshing to know that we don't all see the world in the same way ... and you obviously see it through stained glass

I've never been a fan of cubism ... but you are bringing me around. Keep up the good work!

--- Well, yeah... Just trying different things here...

--- I think you are right... I will do some tests with lines placed where there are most important, to see what it looks like. As for the colouring book... That's a bit what I'm going for when it comes to getting the colour down, as it's really fast. Picasso - Nah, I'm sure he would rocking with Xara X.

--- I LOVE cubism... These examples are not really cubism though... They are more like an odd colouring book, I think (as JohnR pretty much said.)

I'm not trying to create a master piece, just struggling with finding a way to draw anything, really quick - and still look half-interesting style-wise.

Here is a test with some thinner lines, but again, perhaps I was placing too many of them in there?

    Hi Risto,

Much better. Much better! The subject is suggestive, without being pornographic. The colors draw the eye naturely.

    I like it.

    hi Risto,

On a lighter side. You got the thinner lines down pat. Looks good, but now for thinner thighs...
