Navbar not working when I go to pages via submenus.

I've designed a Navbar with Desiger MX8. I have made submenus on some of the buttons. When I go to those sub-pages, then the Navbar doesn't always work to get back to the other main pages. It works on some and not on others. All the settings are the same on all the submenu pages.
