Default Position web page on screen

I'm very new to this so excuse this simple question. I can see how to resize a page by dragging either the right hand or bottom margin. But how to resize the page within the display window? The Holiday Theme I'm using has a design that aligns the top of the page with the top of the window. But the effect I want I've seen in other Themes - there is a gap between the top of the page and the top of the window. But where is the setting to make this happen?

    Welcome to TalkGraphics

First you need to add a color to the pasteboard area. This will be the color behind your page.

Drag the cross-hairs at the origin of the screen rulers (Ctrl L to display rulers) as shown in my illustration.

The space above the page will appear in your browser.

Steve Ledger has another method which more accurate and can be applied to all pages.

    Gary & Steve,

Thanks for your prompt advice. This does the trick.

And thanks to Drwyd who also came up with the script.
