http://webstunning.com/pdf-publisher/ (flipping book referred to by Mike)
is the one I bought and reckon it is best for its price.

The only problem I had with codebox was leaving their name on the project

    Have you tried issuu? www.issuu.com

I made this brochure in Xara, exported to PDF and uploaded to issuu. In less than 2 minutes my brochure was online. You can embed and link to your publication or your library of publications. Free with ads and adfree with payments.
Just for the fun of IT.

I bought flip pdf. Looks good so far. A lot of software seems to be identical except sold under different names!
Good that you can download a trial and try it out first with this one. One off purchase, unlimited use.

The best by far is the pageflip option in snacktools, it is the one I use and works really well and is very easy to create, simply upload the pdf and it converts it to a pageflip and is very easy to embed, it is free (a logo appears before the pdf for a second) but they have a paid option as well.
