Xara Web Designer 7

Hello

I have your Xara Web Designer 7 which I purchased a few years ago.

My old computer is no longer working,
so I've purchased a new laptop which has
windows 8.



I've gone ahead and reinstalled the web designer
into the new laptop. I then registered the program
again using my email and supplied number for the program.

Everything worked great !!


The only problem I'm having is the program won't let me download the templates.




I click help file, - click on download templates, - check mark content pack, - then continue.

I then receive a message " The installation is only possible after unlocking Xara Web Designer 7 "

I click ok .. then it stops, even though I've already unlocked the program


Hoping someone can help quickly as I need it for business.

File a support ticket with Xara http://support.xara.com (link for the US). They will be able to resolve this problem quickly.

Also try right clicking on the Xara7 icon and select Run as Administrator.
