Access violation exception at 0x0040113E

Hi

Does anyone know what the above error means?

I keep getting this message after I have transffered files via ftp and it causes xara to crash, I also get it now everytime I preview a flash file, and I need to then 'quit' the software and re-start it. Previoulsy after a re-start it would work once and let me preview now it just crashes everytime, not just with the same file I may add, it does it with everything.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. I tried that, there seems to be a lot of info on it mainly around Windows XP, I'm using 7. I have never had this problem before with any other software hopefully someone at xara will know what to do - I have raised a ticket, as the software is now becoming unusable - as each time I do something then hit preview or transfer files, it shuts me down.

If it is related to DEP, shut it off for the Xara product you are using. Search the forum on this.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'shut dep', I searched the forum for shut dep and nothing came up, can you expand on what to do? My ticket hasn't been replied to you by xara and I need help asap.
