Hi!

I am newcomer in xara products.

Is it possibe to make horizontal lines or rectangles of automatic full page width size?

like in the bottom of the page http://www.skype.com/intl/ru/home

It's not what you think - the skype bar is just a repeating background that you see where there is no content to cover it - it's not an automatically expanding rectangle or line.

You can do this in Xara, but not by drawing a line or box.

Download the trial and play with it.

I see you do understand me. I've already done that, but i cant find that feature... may I ask you for an example?

There is no special feature - it's just a repeated background image - a long thin strip that is repeated.

Mr. Andrews, one more question: is there a way to make a repeated bitmap of particular hight in particular place of the page the would look like a horisontal line?

You need to take some time to learn use the software. Perhaps check out textures and go through the XaraXone tutorials.

Make a start and when you get stuck ask a specific question.
