That is fabulous work, BP. Is it just my increasing age or were racing cars generally more beautiful in the late 60s (and early 70s)? Your McLaren makes the point well, but I'm also thinking of the original GT40, Porsche 908 and 917, and the gorgeous F1 Lotuses, principally the 49B. Maybe it's like music and there is an innate tendency to hark back to the days of youth...
