I use Piwik as an analytics tool and this must be the code before the closing body tag.

Is there a way for this?

Yes.

In Website Properties > Website copy and paste your code into the Body area.

This will make it appear on each page of your document.

I think that the code was in older versions of Xara Web Designer is not that far down.
