Sticky Sidebar

Hi guys,
Is there a widget available for a "sticky" sidebar, that is, a text panel and/or navigation widgets will remain in view as the user scrolls the page. I am trying to ensure that my website will be friendlier to ipads and the like where vertical scrolling is the norm.

Alternatively, if Xara does not have a widget, does anybody know of any available? Am afraid I am a newbie to creating websites, so would need some instruction on implementing it... !
