Update Download Problem

I was able to update my copy of web designer MX Prem on the desktop with no problem.

However, when I tryed to update the copy on the Laptop.. the download is for the Designer Pro X program not my WD MX program..

Any idea what I am doing wrong... I followed the update instructions that come up when the WD MX program launchs 3-4 times with the same results.

This is the third member reporting this, I think there is a problem with the update. I'll submit a bug report

In my case I had renamed the EXE in order to associate DP7 with XAR files with DP6 still installed. So when I installed XDP and had the same association issue with it, I also renamed its EXE.

Once I renamed the EXE back to its original filename the update worked fine. I have communicated this with Xara's tech support.
