Here is an example of a Timeline cover I did for my Facebook page using this template. This is a screen shot from my facebook page. These covers are a great way to show off your talents and creativity. There are sites like this one http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/creativ...meline-covers/ popping up that show some nice examples of how the space can be used creatively. And yes he also has a template on offer at the bottom.

So let's show the world what Xara can do! We can't let the photoshop people have all the fun!

Make sure your cover image is exactly 851 x 315 pixels, it is an odd size, but if your image is off by a pixel in each direction, as I discovered, the image gets resampled and the quality goes to hell in a handbasket. When I resized my cover image, and replaced it, suddenly the quality was restored.

The template rectangle is sized at exactly those dimensions for that reason. Tip: use the grey rectangles on the template to clip view your images
