Default Inspired by the photo editing tutorials

I've decided to create a new thread for this as it really is a combination of photo editing and vector artwork. I have tried to capture the look of pyrography, the art of woodburning. I have used layers of the same photo some fractal plasma transparency and of course vector clipping shapes, and the shapebuilder and eraser tools make this very intuitive to do, but it can be done (although it would take longer and be less intuitive as there would be more steps) with out them.

So here for your perusal is my result.

Oh, I quite like that, Frances!

Thanks. I'll have a look-see at the file.

    Take care, Mike

    Both are very nice.
@Frances. That really looks like a woodburning project or what ever ya call it. Anyhow I like it. I was interested in woodburning as a kid but never did anything that good.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
