All xara developed sites--i need to bring on xara developers!!

XARA DEVELOPERS I NEED HELP!! I'm the CEO of SCULPT Marketing Group. My company has grown from just me to a full service advertising agency, but I have a HUGE problem!! ... I am the only person that knows xara web designer and can create completely custom solutions using this platform. I need to find someone who is not just good but a master at xara web designer. Someone who can create a site from scratch add layers, embedded flash, ecommerce, repeating headers and footers, social media connection, embedding pages, and adding organic seo- meta tags and alt img tags and more. Look at my stuff below-- if you can design like this or BETTER--I NEED to talk to you ASAP. I am overwhelmed with projects and it's just me right now!!!

It should be there. Perhaps the thread was moderated which would hide moderated responses.

Nice looking sites.

On the four I looked at, there are menu errors, at least one misspelling in a menu, justified text that breaks in Opera, etc. For instance, the EDI site has the following menu:



And this is how BMV Medical displays in Opera--though the justified text is fine in FF, IE, Safari and Chrome. In general, fully justified text is an accident waiting to happen.
