Thumbs up <META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh"> on every page

Somehow I have <META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh"> on each page generated by MX... any ideas where to look? I've looked on each page for a placeholder, but have not found one that this tag is on...

    Thanks
    Hugh

You might have a look in Website Properties > Website > HTML Code (Head)

    Best regards
