I would like to be able to set default local directory for publishing webstes. We are able to set the FTP site and directory but not the local directory.

Is this coming? Is it possible now and I'm just spacing out?

Do you mean the sub directory that many ISPs have you publish your files to, such as public_html, htdocs, etc?

My web host, Networks Solutions, requires files to be uploaded into a sub directory called htdocs/

I host about 20 sites on my account so the attached shows the entry I use for an account sub directory in htdocs /lherman and a further sub folder mobile

Is this what you are asking?
