    Bill,

We have a large cherry tree in the front garden. It rains cherry pits. Squirrels, crows & blue birds. A different three phases.

    Thanks Rich and Frances.

Rich my little cherry tree got taken over by a couple Brown Thrushes and one of the Grey Squirrels this past spring. They took pits and all. LOL

Frances the squirrel in the photos is one of the Grey Squirrels that visit. The attached image is one of the Fox Squirrels.

He's a cute little fellow too. The squirrels around here seem to know when I have my camera handy and they don't come out of hiding! We don't put out feed though for the squirrels or the birds as there are a lot of cats in the neighbourhood, and a feeder would make them easier targets.

The feeders also attract some other not so cute residents of the coastal rainforest! Bears love bird seed!

NewEra is probably a bot. Posts over the last two days from this member have pretty much all been randon nonsense.

No rat poison Steve, however the heat lately could give him a stroke or something. This squirrel has taken to resting on the feeder to prevent another from taking his place.

I think he just over ate and had to rest before his belly burst. Good ones Bill.
