Using other themes beside Xara

A friend of mine is getting to busy to manage her web site. She has lots of new members and the way she has it set up, new members are getting a page to post pictures on her site. She wants some help with this website and said that all I needed to do is build the pages in my web editor and then republish them. This sounds fine, but does XARA allow editing on non-XARA themes? Say a frontpage, Dreamweaver or the like built site ?

One of the TG members, XTom has a CMS product that lets persons modify existing websites and he has a demo on his website and says what you are asking can be done. But I cannot verify this. Have a look and let us know if this works for you http://www.xt-cms.com/xara-demo/

You could use something like picassa, create a page for each person and create a placeholder on that page and embed the code provided by picassa, whenever the person updates the picassa album it is changed on the website. Not used it myself yet but give it a try.
