Alignment problem in Xara X

I have attached a xarafile and the jpeg highlighting the problem.

As you can see, when the xara file is exported as a pdf file, some of the formatting is thrown out.
I have just upgraded from Xara Designer Pro 7 to Xara Designer Pro X. This issue was not present with Pro 7, only with the new version.

Any ideas?

Ungroup the column text below text line: Nutritional Information per: 100g 20g

In the label column (beginning with Energy), click into that text column. You will see it has a blank line up in the heading of "Nutritional..."

Take that blank line out, move down that column into its proper place.

Same with the middle column of values.

Now generate the PDF.
