We've decieded to ask if the user was intending to cut the page then - so same behaviour as for the delete-key to avoid the accidential cut of pages one has worked on.
That's great, this will prevent accidental page delete in future but if we are deleting an object will it still auto select the current page after object deletion? The delete key in DP7 didn't do that and I don't see any advantage in this new behaviour, I only see it being a potential inconvenience and disadvantage as it breaks some old workflow methods as angelize mentioned above. I think how the delete key works in DP7 is the best way for it to behave but maybe I'm missing something. If a user wants to delete a page they can easily select it in the page/layer gallery and then manually delete it. Anyway it's not a huge deal or showstopper (to me at least) and the important thing is no more accidental page deletion once it's fixed so big thanks for that!
