Setting up/Locking Toolbars

I would like a checkbox where I can select "Lock toolbar positions."

I am appreciative that DP updates don't mess up my workspace toolbars, but I have a tendency to mess up my own workspace because when I want to select a value within a toolbar and try to highlight it, sometimes I end up pulling the toolbar onto my drawing.

A feature where you can lock the toolbars with a checkbox in options would be awesome.

I agree,
I have messed up my tool bar positions from time to time. It's a bugger once you got them just the way you want them. They are not alwys easy to place back in the same position.
