A limited version of "Raster master" plug-in filter is available for free at

As the word "limited" says, it does not have all the features of the full filter like seamless texture options, line weight balance, smoothing, color, transparency, apply modes and intensity controls. Still, it has all the basic features so you may explore at least the part of the filter capabilities. Take notice, the full AmphiSoft filter demo pack includes the apply-disabled demo of the full filter, not the limited edition. LE is available for download from the forementioned page only.
