@sledger: I have a question on the tape effect you show in your tutorial. What have you done in order to get that sticky (Scotch) tape effect? Is it any kind of plugin or can it be done with Xara-included tools?

Nothing but two hand drawn translucent vector shapes, Holger.
First I tore the image in half using the freehand tool with zero smoothing to make is jaggy, then when I put the halves together I slightly misaligned them deliberately.
